Jerome Rosenstock has been a registered patent attorney for over forty years and was formerly Vice President of Patents for Hoechst Celanese Corporation, New Jersey. Hoechst Celanese is one of the largest chemical manufacturers in the United States. As Vice President of Patents Mr. Rosenstock processed and reviewed countless patent applications, reviewed and drafted distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other business related contracts.

Mr. Rosenstock is the author of several treatises including Patent Interference Practice Handbook (Aspen Publishers), The Law of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Invention – Patent and Nonpatent Protection (Aspen Publishers), and Transferring Invention rights (Wolter Kueler Publishers). He has also authored many articles on intellectual property.
